When refund is possible?
The following circumstances under which refund is possible:
i. Unsatisfied Recipient with the delivery of flowers/gifts.
If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or dissatisfied due to quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% refund, subject to the other points of our terms & condition and provided that
» the Flowers/Gifts were refused to accept by the recipient and it was returned in intact condition instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order.
A mail written to us by the customer about the reason of dissatisfaction along with the transaction ID and the sender and the recipient's name by the customer which will be used to help us to improve our customer service.
Non-availability of flowers/gifts types or colors
The website reserves the right to replace the products with another product of the same or higher value, if the ordered flower/gift types or colors are not available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that particular moment. No refund request will be accepted for this reason.
Delivery destination is out of our coverage
In case any area is out of our coverage area or is not accessible for any natural reason.
Refund will be done within three days if one of the above mentioned criteria is met. As soon as the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a refund notification in your email. Safe keep this refund notification for checking against your monthly credit card bill.
The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows
Condition for Refunded
100% : When credit card has not been charged and gifts have not been ordered from sup-plier.
90% : When supplier has not ordered for flower/gifts but credit card has been charged.
30% : After supplier have ordered flowers/gifts.
0% : After the flower/gift is dispatched from shop/office.
